Most articulating models are battery-electric, about 1.5 m wide and close to 2 m high stowed, on non-marking tires, so they pass through double doors and service corridors and climb over obstacles of about 6.5–7 m. Telescopic models usually run on diesel, many with four-wheel drive, are 2.3–2.5 m wide, and put the basket out around 9.5–10 m on outdoor sites.

Before booking, send us the width and height of the narrowest door or corridor on the way to the work, and the kind of floor the machine will stand on. A narrow electric unit weighs close to 7 t on a small footprint, so each wheel carries a concentrated load, and mezzanines, raised floors and slabs over basement parking need checking first. If the top of your job is below about 12 m, this size is lighter and narrower than the 16 m, and it is delivered to Jeddah or any city in the Kingdom with an operator on request.

Will a 14 m man lift fit through a normal shop or warehouse door?
The narrow electric version is about 1.5 m wide and close to 2 m high stowed, so it passes most double doors and service doors. The telescopic is 2.3–2.5 m wide and around 2.5 m high, and needs a warehouse roller door or a truck entrance. Measure the tightest point on the route, not just the main door.
When should I pick a 14 m man lift over a 14 m scissor lift?
A scissor lift gives a bigger deck and is simpler to use when the work is straight overhead on a clear floor. Choose the man lift when racking, machinery, fixed seating or an escalator sits under the work, or the ceiling slopes or has openings, because the basket reaches sideways and over the obstacle while the chassis stays in the aisle.
Can a 14 m man lift work on marble, tile or a mezzanine floor?
Non-marking tires on the electric models leave no marks on marble or tile, but the machine weighs close to 7 t, carried on four small wheels. On brittle tiles or raised floors lay spreader boards along the route, and keep it off mezzanines and basement roof slabs until a structural engineer confirms they can take the load.
How long does the battery on an electric 14 m man lift last?
A full charge usually covers a full shift of normal stop-start lifting and driving, and the machine recharges overnight from an ordinary single-phase socket in roughly eight hours or more. Have a socket near where it parks, and tell us if the work runs long hours without a break so charging can be planned between shifts.
Can a 14 m man lift work outdoors on dirt ground?
The narrow electric models are built for firm, level floors and struggle on sand and dirt. For outdoor work on an unpaved yard or garden, ask for the diesel 4×4 telescopic, which handles gentle slopes and reaches further, but is wider and needs more room to turn.
